We understand that recovery is a journey, and we’re here to walk that journey with you every step of the way. At Beginnings Recovery, we are dedicated to providing a transformative and holistic healing experience for all individuals seeking sobriety. Our intensive outpatient facility offers a comprehensive spiritual journey through practices such as Breathwork, Sound Baths, Wellbriety, and Meditation. Founded in August 2020 by Karl Singletary, New Hope New Beginning Transitional Recovery House is a sober living facility dedicated to supporting individuals on their recovery journey.

Redemption House Foundation is mainly staffed by sober and drug-free volunteers, many who are living in our New Beginning sober houses. Often, residents cannot be placed directly into sober living situations and they end up living on the street or in shelters, creating enormous pressure on their fragile sobriety. Occasionally, someone placed into a sober house relapses and they must leave the sober house immediately – Redemption House is the place where they can go until they recommit to their sobriety. I moved into a sober house that had a culture of recovery and lived there for 18 months. Our Mission is to provide a positive, safe, and accountable environment for women and men to overcome substance use disorder and learn to live a productive and independent life. Daily and weekly house meetings create and promote the ability to communicate, develop meaningful relationships, and maintain and healthy support network.

OUR GOAL

The reality is, once addicted, the biochemistry of the brain is permanently changed. Because of that, it’s not as simple as “choosing” to stop taking opioids or other addictive substances like heroin. We believe going ‘cold turkey’ is not realistic for most people and sustainable recovery is more likely to occur through Medication-Assisted Treatment. If drugs like heroin or prescription pain pills are used, the opioid receptors are blocked, so these drugs will not give off the “high” either. Our unique transitional recovery housing model includes intestine outpatient treatment, adult peering and a 12-step recovery program. We provide the tools and supportive environment to help resident sustain recovery and to live an independent productive life.

Since the first year of sobriety is critical, many clients choose to continue addiction counseling throughout their first year of recovery. Offering both telehealth and in-person sessions, New Beginnings provides individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. A family systems approach is utilized for our young children and teen clients. Therapists will be assigned based upon the unique needs of each client and the expertise of the counselor. Our goal is to help our clients restore personal well-being, relationship vitality, and workplace or school effectiveness. New Beginnings provides consumers continued support through convenient, yet powerful, intensive outpatient programs where consumers develop the skills and relationships needed to sustain recovery from alcohol and drug use.
